- Exactly! That'll teach you not to bury power line cables under the ground!
Power line noise was unknown to me until the day I tried to do an O.B. at a
gig that had a heavy lighting complement being run by a SCR lighting desk.
The radiated harmonics made the condenser mics unusable and I ended up
having to record the show on the remaining dynamic mics that were left.
