Alan, thanks for sharing this... it certainly makes for interesting
listening.

I grew up on the big midwestern clears, all of which have also changed
format, if not calls. Interesting to her the moment it changes... like
watching an ocean liner make a sudden, right turn.

And a good reminder that regardless of the blood, sweat and tears, and the
insane number of hours that we may put in, this is a notoriously impermanent
business that we work in. Eventually, someone else will own your stick, and
you'll be a (hopefully pleasant) memory. There are more important things in
life than radio.
