Or use good ballasts and make sure they are bolted down correctly and 
this problem doesn't happen. Or if you are using the standard 48 inch 
T-12 bulbs, replace the ballasts with solid state one that use the 
smaller diameter T-8 bulbs. 32 watts per bulb and more output.
