It is better than that. You need to deliver 4.7 watts, that's just
under 5, to the antenna. The combiner will loose you 10 db, so you now
need a 47 watt HD transmitter.
A 500 watt termination would be a good idea, like Mike McCarthy pointed
out. That would protect your transmitters from any kind of antenna
problem. You would want a power sensor on that reject load, as that is
the only way you will know if there is a problem.
