Not my site, but here's another:
KRNT, Des Moines:

A nice 3-tower DA, with a neat art-deco brick transmitter building, all
built around 1940. For the first few years, there was a fourth tower for
KSO, Des Moines. KSO used the fourth tower and the tallest of the 3 KRNT
towers for its own DA. The station was sold and relocated, and the tower
shipped off to war, during WWII. AFAIK, all three remaining towers are
original.
The KRNT site made the local news today, when a local teenager pointed a
rifle out of his 2nd-story window at a hood who was trying to steal the
kid's car stereo. This took place a few blocks from KRNT, but the hood
managed to drive away and crash into the station's (fortunately very
sturdy) fence.
