  That's the idea. They will each be given a chance to do just that
(form their own boards, etc.) and I'll give them the stations. By the
way, two years after the LPFM rules went into effect, the number of
stations a single applicant may own increased to five. But, they may not
overlap coverage areas. (Unless the rules have been changed and, quite
honestly, I have not looked recently. May be it's time to "brush up" a
bit.)
