[BC] Some Satellite Radio Stats

Here in a small market, the biggest hit to radio thus far has been the 
cable company. When they started putting local commercials on the on 
their satellite channels at a rate below radio it put a BIG hurt on 
local radio sales, which still hasn't recovered.
