Even if it is a clear 500 miles away, chances are very good that the  
parent company is doing business in my state.

Just a case of building the record.  As ARRL is doing with BPL.

Notify station of problem.  File complaint with FCC. No action.

Then go to court.  We have precedence in our state that Federally  
regulated industries are not immune from actions based on nuisance.   
(trespass might be another argument).
