[BC] DHS requirements for transmitter site protection?

Has anyone heard of or know where I can information about "pending"
requirements by the Dept. of Homeland Security that will mandate the extent
to which broadcasters have to go to protect their transmitter sites?  I have
never heard anything about this except from a couple of people I work with,
and our consultant is equally in the dark.  I apologize for being
deliberately vague, and I'm not trying to start a political discussion, but
if this sounds at all familiar I'd appreciate being pointed in the right
direction so I learn more about what will be required.  Thanks.
