[BC] Emmis selling

[David Gleason]

Emmis is selling TV, but no information on selling radio. Jeff Smulyan owns
a bout half the share so Emmis, and is its founder and President / CEO.

I noticed on today's Daily Digest that Emmis is parting with most of it's
television and some of it's radio properties.  Does anyone know who Jeffery
H. Smulyan is?  He's listed as the person purchasing the properties.
