The Canadian list is pretty short... nearly all of them are CBC stations.  
I believe all of the possible three-letter calls starting with CB are in 
use, with the exception of CBB, CBC, CBP and CBS.  Of course, these days 
they are seldom, if ever, used on the air, so you're not likely to hear 
them.

As far as I know, on the private side there are only two three letter calls 
currently in use: CKX and CKY, both in Manitoba, and both now FM (and TV) 
only.  There was an all-news network back in the 80's, now defunct, that 
used the call letters CKO (though, technically, the individual stations 
had the call letters CKO-1, CKO-2, etc.).  I have no idea why three letter 
calls are so rare in Canada, or whether there were any others issued that 
have since fallen by the wayside.
