[BC] BPL flaws

Excellent article, and it's good to see that the tide is finally beginning
to turn against BPL. The Japanese nixed it long ago, and more recently, the
UK determined that the interference levels were unacceptable, based on FCC
standards (The UK has no standards similar to our Part 15, so they rely on
ours). Several good points were made in the reply comments at the end, one
of which was that "rural America", has been made out to be a third-world
existence, with uneducated, buck-toothed, barefoot people, which is hardly
the case anymore. If there are people like that in rural areas, it's
unlikely they would buy a computer, even if Internet access was free. The
article points out the real problem: deployment will start in cities,
because that's where the money is. Rural service will still be costly, and
there are no guarantees that service will ever move to the outlying areas.
