[BC] BPL flaws

When I get my ham shack remodel finished, I'll probably be motivated. Now
that the rain has finally ended, the noise will start back up as the poles
dry. Even though the power is underground on my street, it hits a riser and
goes overhead a block away. If I could get access to the poles, I would
bang them with a mallet to find the noise, but they're in peoples back
yards.
I'll have to re-read that book by Marv Loftness on cleaning up power line
noise. I think he has a new one out.
