[BC] TELLABS Audio DA

Good day Ladies and Gents.  Here we go again, hat in
hand, looking for information.

I have a Tellabs 4018 audio DA that has quit working. 
Since they have been out
of production for quite a few years now, would any of
y'all fine folks have a
schematic for this DA card ?  All I have is a block
diagram.
