[BC] Harris Airwave Console

I have a Gates 5 that will shut down when a you install a new battery. One
day the GM was in the room when I replaced the battery and he kinda freaked
thinking this 5K Transmitter runs on a 9 volt battery. It's fun to play
with the lesser informed.
