I'd guess if there's no positive cash flow, you're really getting
down to the value of the physical assets.  The unknown is the value 
of the license itself.  Considering the population, I can't put much
value into any "blue sky" associated with the license itself.

Depending on the circumstances and the motivation of the seller, a fair
offer for the current value of the physical assets might work.  

It all depends what business plan and potential exists in your vision
for the facility.

I need a rough guess, what a station might 
be worth, barely breaking even LPTV, currently
doing christian, much of it sat feed.

Covers an area about 15k population.

They do not own the tower.

Thats pretty much all I have, I realize it is not much to go on.


Any rough SWAG's?
