WBZ is already doing it on the other side. I listened to 1020 the 
other day when WBZ shut off their IBUZ.for the night. Where there was 
hash, KDKA came in loud and clear. If WINS turns it on they might as 
well shut KDKA down or make it a 1Kw local.

Since companies like Clear Channel and Infinity have declared IBUZ a 
done deal I'm sure they're ready to turn it on at night. Let's go for 
it and see what happens. They both have enough monster signals that 
shutting down a few won't hurt much.
