Robert Klein used to do a great routine about air raid sirens,
remembered from his childhood in the Bronx. He said "what if the
Russians second-guess us and bomb us at noon? 'Good idea, Ivan, they'll
think it's lunch.'"

Kinda like the early days of George Carlin and his "Hippy Dippy Weather
Man" routine where he stated' "...now for a look at our weather radar, note
the clold front coming in from the northwest with scatter rain and snow
showers, and note from the northeast above Canada these four dots appear to be a
few Russian ICBM's headed our way...better watch those..."
