He might have moved one onto the hillside, actually.  CBS did a piece a while back 
about the up-and-coming coastal neighborhood for the nouveaux riche of Southern
California.  It was a cliffside neighborhood in or near Malibu where the homes
are actually very well appointed double wides.  The going price was around a
million apiece.

Location, location, location...
