Not bought one real recently, but in my general opinion:
 
Belar is generally inexpensive but more than good enough.  Service seems easy and support good.  Just re-capacitored one...outlasted the electrolytics!
 
Innovonics is in the middle, and sometimes has worthwhile features that justify the costs if you find them useful.  Not looked at the current stuff.  I know their little multichannel FM monitor is nice.  Keep track of the competition!
 
TFT has seemed to be good, tended to be priced a bit high in my estimation, but they do seem to be stable and last a long time.  And have nicer books!
