         In the "normal" configuration, yes.
         But there is no reason, as with the
         time set, that a few emergency
         codes could not be part of the
         cell phone.

         I read somewhere the other
         day that cell phones now have
         more computing power than
         most older desktop computers.
         Gotta have a few bytes left,
         even after the photo and
         ring tone functions.
