[BC] technical difficulties with automation

Most likely, it's the local spot playing on top of the Network spot. This is 
pretty much true of any automation system. The automation is supposed to MUTE 
the satellite audio whenever it plays local audio, but if it wasn't programmed 
correctly, it won't. I suspect that this is what you've been hearing.

As for being idiot-proof... when it comes to computers, there ain't no such 
animal! ;)
