Is WLQV the one at 1510? If so that's the station I worked for in '69. 12
Towers in Lincoln Park. At night, when we dropped to 5kw on 12 Towers we had
plenty of heterodyne to go around and we were only 10 miles from the studio.
I could hardly hear the station on the East at night where I live. But, Old
George B. Storer wanted 50KW in Detroit and spent a million to get it.
