[BC] 3,000 Birds Disrupt Radar

Migratory birds like Canadian Geese, show up on ATC radar all the time.  I
remember one trip from St. Louis to Florida, I saw several flocks of them up
around 10,000 feet.  They will normally get out of the way of an airplane.

I find it hard to believe the small size of the bird vs that of an aircraft
would register as a separate primary blip.
