Why don't we start a community or nursing home for retired broadcast
engineers? The most important item would be to have a shop, say, 100
feet by 100 feet, in which we could have all sorts of old mechanical
automations, tube type equipment, etc.

To subsidize the engineering side, we would build two other buildings,
one for retired announcers, and one for retired sales zoids. In each
announcers room we would have a console of that persons choice, feeding
the tech center, were we would have a whole bunch of DA's feeding 25
pair telco cable to everyones room. Big multi pole 24 position switches
on the wall. Closed circuit. Maybe a LPFM that switches feeds at random
every 60 minutes. Talk about a JACK FM type format.

The sales wing, well now, I have some ideas.

tom, send your money now, bosscher
