Not always true. Maybe in major markets, but not in places like Fort 
Wayne, Peoria and the like. My personal experience is that many media 
buyers have little training and even less intelligence. And since they 
work for ad agencies, no ethics. They will buy what they think is hot, 
not what the numbers suggest.
