Fuggedaboudit. It's already been used. You're quoting "the Old Man" 
when he originally rejected the Punk Country format. Even for New 
York, Punk Country might be a little more than the city could take. 
K9 Kiddie Radio is also another format that has possibilities. There 
are enough pederasts to put together a fine staff. I've always 
thought neighbors should be warned when a Disk Jockey was living in 
their neighborhood. Just on general principle, not because of children.
