Yup.  But with 50KW, the difference should not be a 3:1 or 4:1 
difference.  WCCO is 20dB quieter...which usually translates to at 
least a 6dB increase in signal.  In fact, because KFAN is south of 
town, St. cloud should be more in it's main lobe than if it were north 
of town.
