[BC] Re:WTOP off air last night?

Willie,

WTOP announced that 1500 would be off for a few hours for
"winterization".  I guess it must have been last night.  With three
other frequencies I guess they no longer sweat 1500 being off during
low-listenership hours.

I note that co-owned WGMS(FM) has a CP for an aux installation at
WTOP's 1500 site.  Maybe that was the real cause.  WGMS already has
another aux site.
