Yep.
I used the same thing in Pittsburgh last month. I had to make points, so it
was a bit different. I wound up using the software/computer along with a
Garmin unit. That way I also had the exact distance to the point and knew the
bearing was also perfect (I set a waypoint from the tower).

I am doing an 8 radial proof now. with aprox 120 Points.
I am using the Delorme street atlas 2006 software with theLx-20 GPS
antenna. all the GPS software is built in just plug in the antenna to
the USB port of the laptop.. Flag all my points then Drive to them.. I X
them out and flag the Points field readings this gives me Quick
reference as to what points I have already done... I have not done a
Proof In Years.. This is my first one in a Long Time. Geeze the Laptop
with this Software is great......where was this 15-20 years ago...
I have 20 Points Left out of the 120.. and Ive Been only out 3 days
weather Pending Planning to Finish On thursday with this One...
Anyway the Software and antenna come as a package For about $99
they have a New bluetooth version to use with a PDA or bluetooth
laptop and the same software
for about $150.... this is great on the motorcycle however Im still
trying to figure how to shock mount the FIM from Getting bounced
around LOL
