The WGMS(FM) sites are:

main - American Univ in NW DC 44 kW max 14 kW min at 158 m protecting
103.3 York,PA,  & 103.7 Harve de Grace, MD, to the N & NE. Site shared
w/ WAMU, WPFW, WMMJ and others.  The distance to York is 129 km and to
Havre de Grace is 110 km.

aux - The old chan 14 site at Riggs Rd and the DC/MD line NE DC 15 kW
ND 83 m HAAT, shared with an aux for WBIG 100.3.

CDBS shows two CPs for the 1500 AM site

CP 1, Apr 2004 - 10 kW max 3.4 kW min 131 m DA pattern similar to main
site. TVFMSTNS computes roughly 8.1 kW average.

CP 2, Nov 2004 - 15 kW max 726 W min 138 m DA pattern more severe than
main site. Roughly 7.7 kW average.

One might guess that CP2 has the same xmtr power as CP1 but with a
better signal fit to the main site's coverage. The Wheaton (AM) site
is a little out of city center but WASH(FM) was right down the street
until they were bought by Metromedia and moved to the WTTG 5 tower in
DC..
