[BC] Most powerful AM radio station....

Unfortunately i don't have it with me but i recall seeing in the laport 
antenna book i downloaded about a month ago a set of field strength curves 
for two frequencies, one way down at the low end and the other up towards 
the top end (~1400 khz or so) and with all other things such as power to the 
load etc. equal, the low freq. station had almost twice the field strength.  
  the downside is those low frequencies these days really take a beating by 
LED traffic signal systems, dimmers and so on.

Thats the thing Ive noticed about stations on the low end of the AM dial.
They almost act more like Long Wave stations than medium wave stations
because they get out so well.
