[BC] Denon DN-C680 CD player

This is a second hand deck that I picked up as part of a salvage run.  It 
came from the factory without the rack ears, but with factory covers on the 
sides instead.  The box shows a pix with rack mounting.  It looks like the 
deck has never been used and its still packed in the factory wrapping / 
box.  I got it second hand so calling Denon for free parts is out of the 
question.  As a last resort I'll buy a pair from the factory but wanted to 
try the net first.
