Yep, FMQuery certainly demonstrates that in the WGMS aux 54 dBu
coverage from that site.

You may very well be right. The WGMS application study doesn't appear
to be online.

My use of the term "fit" was misleading. I meant that they changed
the DA pattern to have a better signal over the important parts of the
main station's coverage area. I didn't mean that they needed to
change DA to be legal.
Looking at the 54 dBu maps on FMQuery, the earlier CP at the WTOP site
was designed to offer not much more protection to the NE as the main
WGMS site, while the revised DA substitutes better coverage over
downtown DC and to the SW and reduces the signal to the NE.
Will the next step will be more transmitter power at the WTOP aux
site?
