I have had excellent results with the Microsoft AntiSpyware program that is 
free from www.microsoft.com.  I use it almost exclusively these days as 
after fighting problems with several machines that AdAware and Spybot could 
not fix, it cleaned up the machine and found a ton of stuff the others 
missed!
