[BC] Warning on Apple

My Apple experiences: No power supply problesm  G3-800 iBook that's a couple years old. Did have a board failure that  Mac Restore turned around for me in 3 days (two days of travel and one  day of repair) ... I did not buy the extened warranty. I run the MS  Office Suite so can carry work from the PC world (work) home and work  on it there. Also have a iMac at home that is a year older and has been  flawless except for a RAM module that failed in warranty and was  replaced by dealer in 24 hours N/C. 
  
  Have a neighbor who had a board failure covered under the exteneded  warranty and got it back in less than a week. Then she had a second  failure and the gave her a free replacement newest model! Can't beat  that for service. And transfered all her programs and saved items (lots  of music in iTunes) for free to the new machine.
  
  I do web design work on Mac and shutter about trying it on PC.
