[BC] RCA BTA 1R2

I have another way. Use a C-QUAM RF exciter to drive the TX. The exciter
typically has enough output to drive the box after transformation to the
IPA input. We're doing that with a 1R1 and it plays wonderfully, is
stable, and makes great audio.

It was done for us by our contractor who takes care of many things RF at
this site. So if you have an old C-quam exciter and an RCA which needs to
be converted, there's your ticket.
