[BC] Rebates

And boy, that's me, too. Rebates are now a sore spot with me. I used 
to buy most of my computer parts from Tiger Direct. Now 90% of 
everything, to get the advertised price, you apply for a rebate. 
Sorry. Give me the cash discount up front--or NO SALE.
