I don't think Sony will have a choice in whether suits will be 
filed.  They're coming and they might as well get the armor plating 
out.  They are going to get roasted.  As I said, the losses from the 
settlement or award could be enough to send the US subsidiary into Chapter 11.

The executives who decided this was a good idea should go to jail for 
violating the 4th Amendment.
