Gentlemen,

Is this Leonard Kahn's approach? If not, what happened to his way of doing things, that apparently never made the political grade?

I know his products I have tried have worked well, including the PowerSide, and I am betting his AM stereo system would have made a big impact if it had been tried, since it could use regular AM radios slightly mistuned.

Would it not be better to go to a really different system, one the average folks could make do with two cheap radios, than fiddle with a complex system to make all regular radios obsolete...much as the manufacturers of equipment would love the profits.

Unless the profits are killed because few want to use the new stuff, and AM radio just dies out in 15 years.

And the Hams have a glut of physiclly large low band transmitters suddenly available. Bring back the 833-A linears!!

Since it is the same basic concept, a software change should be all that
