[BC] Arrays separated by highways

Also...
KTSA 550 has been mentioned. WPEN's old site in Philadelphia (still its
licensed day site) has a street running between towers 2 and 3. And there's
the 920/1460 in Las Vegas (Bill Croghan's stations), which have a
residential street running between two of the towers and the third. This
summer, I found another - WAYY 790 Eau Claire, Wisconsin has a street
between two towers and the third. And KSTP in St. Paul has its night array
on one side of US 61, its daytime almost-Franklin and the transmitter
building on the other side.
I think I'm still missing at least one here...
