The 1190 kHz. 50 kW. Daytime facility with four towers is located between
Dallas and Ft. Worth. The 1190 khz. 5 kW. Nighttime facility is located ENE
of Dallas in Rockwall, Texas approximately some 38 miles from the daytime
site.

As I recall there are a couple of separate sites used for Day and night
patterns. That might be an interesting list to also post on this site.

Over thirty-five years ago I recall seeing an article in BM/E as I recall
about a station that operated 5 kW. ND day one one frequency and 1000 Watts nite
DA 10 kHz. removed from the daytime frequency. Does anyone recall this or
am I reading the cobwebs in my brain incorrectly.

There are several stations that operate with higher power at night than
daytime even several Non-D's. A station north of Orlando operated on 640 kHz. @
500 Watts Day and 1 kW at night as I recall.
