[BC] Day/night separated sites

Both sites are still in the same location operating the same way. The
towers in Baldwin were replaced several years ago and most recently
they had to go back to Baldwin and replace some of the base insulators.
I don't recall much about WAPE now WOKV from back in the 60's, then
again I wasn't listening to much radio on my own in first grade (67).
I do remember that the DAS pattern in the 70's was very tight.
driving along I-10 from the west you could be looking at the towers
and not be able to receive the signal, until you got due south of the
array where it would come on like you were inside the transmitter.
Down in St. Augustine where I am when they would make the shift the
station would just vanish.
