[BC] Arrays separated by highways

Talked with him a week or so ago.  Apparently the project is still in the
works.  I drove by on the way home and it doesn't look like he travels RF
across the street, but everything else is over head.

Dan,
I was told me the plan was to get everything under ground a long time ago,
about 1990 I guess it takes some time to develop a game plan.
