[BC] Sam Philip's Console

Now that I think about it, I think there was one at KSEE in Santa Maria CA
in the early 1970s. We cleaned it up by taking it out to the self service
car wash and washing it down (skipping the hot wax  cycle). We let the
thing sun dry for a couple days and powered it up. Looked like new and
worked great! I haven't seen it in maybe 30 years...

PS - Looks like we're about the same age. Turned 54 earlier this month.
