[BC] Another Old Meter pannel

Since everyone liked the last Meter Panel so much here's another very 
old meter panel I've just found.
This one is a single channel with a line input select switch and an 
attenuator. With another pot in series, I guess this is a calibration 
pot. The Meter & scaling appears to be quite old.
