I assume you mean the recordings on the automated voicemail Hell systems.

I believe those aren't covered since they're meant to be heard by the 
public. Just be sure you're not making fun of the system of one of 
your biggest advertisers.

Better get used to it. I was in a supermarket where the carts had LCD 
screens with ads. I was at an event at a NYC hotel. Nature called. At 
the wall-mounted stand-up facility I was greeted with a similar 
screen. I think the resolution was 720Pee.
