[BC] Strange tower photo

My guess is that the "artist" wanted the guys to show up (so that everyone
who saw his work would know that they're there), but when he realized that
they don't present well at a distance, decided to enhance their presence a
bit. Made some pen and ink changes, and that's what you see.
