Willie,

I note that WGMS(FM) received yet another CP for their aux at the WTOP 
site.  This time it's for the same ERP as their main site, 44 kW DA. 
Because of the lower HAAT it will cover about 2 to 4 miles less to the 
54 dBu contour.

The reason I mention  this to Willie is that there will clearly be 
antenna work on a WTOP tower so they will be off the air for at least 
a short window.  A DXers opportumity?
