Actually, I only remember bits and pieces also. The trick is to then
research stuff to verify the bits and pieces. Though I also read the FCC
Daily Digest, I did not recall the situation where a station broadcast an
outgoing message. So, I did not even have the bits and pieces. You
supplied them and I hit Google.
